These terms cover the website at 50freespinskingroy.org and any enquiry sent through it. A booking itself is governed by the separate contract we issue for that engagement — where the two disagree, the booking contract wins.

What this website is

A description of what 50freespinskingroy does and a way to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted, and nothing on it is a guarantee that a named artist is available on your date. Availability is confirmed in writing or not at all.

Fee ranges

Any fee band shown here is indicative. Real fees move with the date, the territory, the capacity, the day of the week and what else the artist is doing that month. The only fee that binds either of us is the one written into an offer or a deal memo.

Making an enquiry

• Give us information that is accurate. A budget that is not real wastes both sides' time and usually loses the date.
• An enquiry places you under no obligation, and it places us under none either.
• We may decline any enquiry. Where we do, we will say so rather than let it go quiet.

Bookings

A booking exists once a deal memo or contract is signed by both sides and any deposit named in it has been received. That document carries the fee, the payment schedule, the rider, the cancellation terms and the insurance position. Please read it: it is short, and it is what governs the night.

Our content

The text, layout, images and code on this site belong to 50freespinskingroy or are used with permission. You may quote or link to it. You may not copy it wholesale to run a competing site, and you may not present it as your own.

Artist names and third-party trade marks that appear here belong to their owners and are used to describe the work we do.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it.

Availability of the site

We try to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will be. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we are not liable for that.

Limits

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that law does not permit us to limit. Subject to that, our liability arising out of the website itself is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in connection with it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which 50freespinskingroy is established, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction. A booking contract may name a different law; where it does, that one applies to the booking.
